We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Below is a simple guide to how returns work for both UK and international customers. Please ensure you read this policy to the end for all the information.
Christmas 2025
All orders placed between December 8, 2025 and December 25, 2025 can be exchanged or returned for a refund until January 9, 2026. Orders delivered after December 25, 2025 follow the ordinary return policy.
UK Returns
If you're based in the UK, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it. Once you’ve emailed us, you then have another 14 days to send it back.

We will refund your jewellery and the standard delivery cost once it’s safely back with us.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty (which will be determined upon inspection of the piece upon return).

Please return your jewellery in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unaltered, and with all free gifts included (unworn/unopened)
Non-returnable for UK customers:

Bespoke, customised and made-to-order pieces

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
International Returns
If you’re outside the UK, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return it.
Returns must reach us within 14 days of your return request.

Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.

All international returns must be sent by DHL Express.

Please mark your customs form clearly as “UK RETURNED GOODS”.
Original shipping, insurance, duties and tax charges are not refundable for international orders.

Condition of Returned Items
All jewellery must be returned:

Unworn
-
In its original condition
-
With all boxes, packaging, tags and any included gifts (unused/unopened)
We may reduce your refund or refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
Bespoke, Made-to-Order & Customised Pieces
These pieces are created specially for you and are final sale.
Made-to-order rings include one complimentary resizing of up to ±1 UK size if requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Repairs
We stand by the quality of our jewellery:

Modern pieces include a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Antique and vintage pieces may occasionally reveal natural age-related weaknesses; repairs within 60 days are assessed individually.

How to Start a Return
Just email us using the address on our Contact page. We’ll confirm the return address and guide you through the next steps.
When sending your return, please use a tracked, fully insured service.
Refunds & Processing Times
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within a few working days. If everything is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item back. Refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:

Your bank, credit card provider or PayPal may take up to 5 working days (sometimes slightly longer depending on the provider) to clear the funds into your account after we issue the refund.

These timeframes are outside of our control; however, we will always notify you by email as soon as your refund has been processed.
If the item shows wear or damage beyond normal inspection, a reasonable deduction may be applied to reflect any loss in value.
